Acts of Valor is a non-profit corporation and shall operate exclusively for the educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any further Federal tax code. 
 
Founded by people that spent their entire lives in the Professional Wrestling industry but wanted to make a difference in their communities. We plan to use our fundraising and live event skills to raise money for good causes in our communities.  To include but not limited to, food banks, clothing programs, school fundraisers, drug rehab programs, suicide prevention programs, and vocational and residential programs for both adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

Schools can always use much needed funds, and the drug & suicide epidemics in our country is affecting families nationwide. We aim to help those in need regardless of their race, ethnicity, or religion.

We plan to utilize our media channels and the corporation’s website to promote events and causes in our surrounding communities.  We plan to maximize our efforts by collaborating with other non-profits organizations and corporations to maximize our reach.

At times, per the discretion of the board of directors, we may provide internships or volunteer opportunities which will provide greater opportunities for involvement in said activities.
